eChannelling (ECL) General Membership - FAQ
1. WHAT IS THE eChannelling GENERAL MEMBERSHIP LOYALTY PROGRAM ?: eChannelling membership can be taken free of charge by registering with a mobile number, by registering you will be entitled for a discount and each time you obtain an appointment you will rewarded with rewards points which can be redeemed through a future appointment WHO CAN JOIN THE PROGRAM ?; The Program is open to individuals above 18 years of age.
2. HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK ?: You may earn points when channel a doctor using ECL membership and the rewards can be used toward service fee discount via www.echannelling.com or ECL App.
3. HOW DO I JOIN THE PROGRAM ?: Eligible individuals may enroll in the Program by creating an account, or by logging in to an existing account, on www.echannelling.com and agreeing to the PROGRAM TERMS. You may be required to provide your full name, mailing address, email address, date of birth, NIC/Passport number and to create a password in order to create an account.
4. WHAT ARE THE REWARDS ?: - For each LKR 100 spent on doctor appointments through eChannelling 1 point will be earned (LKR 100=1 Point) and these points can be utilized for another doctor appointment via eChannelling. Member can use those points for another appointment (No restriction to pay for 225 only) and for merchants' discounts.; - 30% discount on the first appointment eChannelling's service fee when booking a doctor appointment through eChannelling website and app; - 15% discount each time you take an appointment through eChannellingâs service fee when booking a doctor appointment through eChannelling Website ; www.echannelling.com
5. WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ?: - Applicants' MUST be at least 18 years of age.; - Applicant may redeem Points for eligible Rewards by channel a doctor into your account.; - Reward points may only be used via www.echannelling.com and eChannelling Mobile Application; - Applicant cannot combine Rewards with any other promotions.; - Rewards cannot be exchanged or returned for any another services or a monetary refund.; - Points used to redeem a reward will be deducted from the total Points available in Applicant's Member account; however, you will remain in your current Tier for its entire 365-period even if you use Points in your account.

WHAT IS THE eChannelling PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP LOYALTY PROGRAM?: The echannelling Premium Loyalty Program is available for ECL membership card holders, When they channel a doctor they can get discounts for the service fee and entitled for rewards points and to other discounts for special merchant discount
2. HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK ?: The Program is open to individuals who are using the ECL membership card.
3. HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK ?: You may earn points when channel a doctor using ECL membership card and the rewards can be used toward service fee discount via www.echannelling.com or ECL App.

6. WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ?: - Membership card cost is LKR 900 and an annual renewal fee of LKR 250; - Applicantsâ MUST be at least 18 years of age.; - Applicant may redeem Points for eligible Rewards by channel a doctor into your account.; - Reward points may only be used via www.echannelling.com and eChannelling Mobile Application when visit the merchant services.; - Applicant cannot combine Rewards with any other promotions.; - Rewards cannot be exchanged or returned for any another services or a monetary refund.; - Points used to redeem a reward will be deducted from the total Points available in Applicantâs Member account; however, you will remain in your current Tier for its entire 365-period even if you use Points in your account.
